Le Gavroche has become a London institution, opened in 1967 by Albert Roux OBE and Michel Roux OBE it was the first restaurant to be awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide UK.

With Michel Roux Jr now at the helm, where he has

been for over 25 years, Le Gavroche holds two Michelin stars and boasts an array of top chefs who have come through the ranks. There is very little the restaurant has not withstood on the road to its golden anniversary, The Staff Canteen takes  a look at some of the amazing achievements over the past 50 years.
