2011 has started well for fine food supplier Town & Country Fine Foods as they have been appointed a Royal Warrant to Her Majesty The Queen, having supplied Buckingham Palace for the last 7 years.
Country Fine Foods, is an independent and family run business which has become an established national supplier of premium products for Fine Dining, Pastry and Hospitality in the UK and is managed by Paddy Lyell, Managing Director & David Bentley, Sales Director.
For the beginning of this year, they have just launched two new ranges specifically aimed at the pastry chef.
Following the successful launch of the La Rose Noire handmade tartelette shells at the end of 2010, Town & Country Fine Foods has also launched sweet & savoury Elegant Cones and now a Micro Tart Range, with micro sized handmade tartelette shells and premium panniers baskets.
The tartelette shells are handmade & hand coated to preserve their quality. The tiny mirco tartelettes 
have a diameter of about 30mm and are available in sweet and savoury, in a variety of shapes. The premium baskets are available in sweet and savoury with a choice of flavours including chocolate, sesame and tomato.

Their expertise helps chefs produce creative desserts that make them stand out from the crowd. They now have a range of over 850 products which also includes speciality biscuits, tea, chocolates, bar nibbles, as well as tartelette shells and pastry ingredients including couverture chocolate (Michel Cluizel, Carma & Felchlin), praline pastes, purées & essences together with chefs' speciality ingredients.. However at all times they remain true to their original principles and the company is an essential specialist supplier with an ethos that builds strong business relationships at every level.
