Adam Handling, British Chef of the year and head chef at Adam Handling at Caxton has welcomed Desly Kyshon Missick young winner of the Cayman Cookout to join his kitchen team. This comes following his inaugural participation in the internationally acclaimed competition earlier this year. In January, Adam participated for the first time in the Cayman Cookout, where he joined Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton; Frederic Morineau, in judging a competition to seek out exciting and up and coming Caymanian culinary talent.
