After four years at the helm of Terre in Castlemartyr, County Cork, chef Vincent Crepel has announced his departure from the two Michelin-starred restaurant.
His final service closed on a high note, with none other than Alain Ducasse among the guests.
The news comes months after Lewis Barker announced he was joining Terre as an executive chef, succeeding Vincent.

Vincent shared the news via social media, reflecting on his journey and the team who helped shape Terre’s reputation.
He wrote: “After four incredible years of people, food, and discovery, the time has come to say goodbye and step into a new chapter. My last service was for none other than the culinary legend Alain Ducasse – a dream for every chef. We did it! What an unforgettable way to close this journey.”
He went on to thank his brigade, regular guests, family and friends, adding: “Thank you, Ireland, you’ve given me so much. See you on the other side.”
