Andrew Fairlie launches brand new website

The Staff Canteen

Scotland's only two Michelin star chef Andrew Fairlie launches a brand new interactive website for Restaurant Andrew Fairlie.

The new site offers video clips of Andrew and his team; Andrew talks about his restaurant; the concept behind his food style; the preparation and execution of his award winning dishes. Watch as he and his team display a range of their dishes that feature on his menus. Andrew discusses the development of his food since the opening of the restaurant and cooking in today's modern world. The website also offers a brief insight to many of the dishes on the menu in "Menu Stories"  so you, the customer, can understand in much greater detail what goes into the dish. Wine fans amongst you will enjoy "Wine Stories". The site is packed with beautiful images from the restaurant, all three menus and behind the scenes from the team - both front and back of house. Get to know Andrew better in a personal section and share his journeys, watch his cooking at home or get updates from his blog style journal. Log on and sign up for updates,  today.
