Lime Wood Group Ltd and Home Grown Hotels Ltd (The Pig hotels) have announced the appointment of Angela Hartnett MBE as a company director to the boards of both companies.

Robin Hutson, Chairman and CEO said: "We have been working with Angela since the launch of the flagship restaurant Hartnett Holder & Co at Lime Wood in early 2012. During this period Angela has become a very important member of the senior team, her contribution to the restaurant operation has been considerable and her style is a great fit for us.

The appointment comes along with a new three year contract for her continued involvement with Hartnett Holder & Co. Angela said: "I love working with Luke Holder and the whole Lime Wood team, having never been involved with a country hotel it has been fascinating for me and a good contrast to my London restaurants. I am both thrilled and honoured Robin wanted me to join the boards of both hotel groups and look forward with great excitement to the years ahead."
