Bid now for chance to cook with four Michelin star chefs in Hospitality Action fundraiser

The Staff Canteen
Manchester House head chef Aiden Byrne is giving one lucky bidder the chance to meet and cook with four Michelin-starred chefs as part of a fundraising evening for Hospitality Action. Aiden has called on fellow celebrity chefs Daniel Clifford, Tom Aikens and Michael Wignall to host a special dinner at his North West-based restaurant which will see the star-studded chefs collaborate to produce an eight course menu on Tuesday 18 February in aid of the charity which provides a lifeline for current and former hospitality industry workers who find themselves in crisis or need. Manchester-based Aiden is also allowing one lucky person the opportunity to enter his kitchen during the day and on the night to cook with the four chefs, all of whom have appeared on BBC television series Great British Menu. One bidder will have the once in a lifetime honour of rubbing shoulders with these culinary giants, simply by placing the highest bid by Thursday 13 February at 5pm. Winners will be selected by Friday 14 February with all funds going straight to Hospitality Action. For diners, each ticket will cost £200 per person, with wines to match, and £100 from each ticket sale will go towards the charity. Aiden, the youngest ever winner of a Michelin star, said: “I can’t wait to get in the kitchen with Tom, Daniel and Michael – it’ll be great fun in aid of a fantastic cause, and the food will reflect our passion. “I’ve been involved with Hospitality Action for some time and been fortunate to see the great support the charity provides to people who are struggling with something in their lives.” Last year the charity spent £58,959 in grants in the North West region, helping hospitality staff when they are in need due to various problems such as serious illness or homelessness.
