Andrew joins the Surrey pub with over 22 years’ experience and has formerly held positions at Marco Pierre White's Steak House as group executive chef and at The Admirable Crichton Events as executive group head chef.

The Swan Inn serves classic pub food including Crab on toast; Beer battered fish and chips with peas & tartar sauce; Herefordshire beef fillet, gratin dauphinoise, tomatoes Provençal & shallot sauce; and Treacle tart with clotted cream and

rhubarb jelly and custard as well as a traditional roast served on Sunday.

Andrew will oversee the kitchen and will continue to produce seasonal, sustainable and consistent dishes guided by Claude.

The pub was purchased in April 2016 by Claude Bosi and his brother Cedric. The restaurant features a 55-cover restaurant as well as private dining room for 14 guests and is best known for its effortless style yet traditional pub-feel menus.

Claude will also launch a new fine dining restaurant at the Bibendum site in the spring following it's closure this month.
