Heston Blumenthal: The Fat Duck is better now than when it was voted the world's best restaurant Heston Blumenthal, who this week saw his flagship three Michelin-starred restaurant The Fat Duck drop 20 places in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, has told BigHospitality he thinks the venue is better now than when it topped the list.
