Tuddenham: Tuddenham Mill head chef Paul Foster leaves for new challenge

Paul Foster will cook his last meal at the Tuddenham Mill hotel at the end of February having been head chef at the west Suffolk venue since 2010.  It was the 31-year-old’s first role as a head chef after learning his trade in restaurants around the world, and he has won a host of accolades during his time at the hotel near Newmarket. Michelin-star-chef Albert Roux hopes to inspire Perth

World-Renowned chef Albert Roux has been unveiled as the keynote speaker at a major industry event taking place at Perth Concert Hall on March 5.  The Going Places with Scotland’s Food and Drink Industry Conference will bring together experts from across the country.  Three-Michelin-star-chef Roux hopes to inspire them to make the most of events happening over the next 12 months.
