Dan Doherty to collaborate with Ondine Restaurant on one-off lunch

Seafood restaurant, Ondine in Edinburgh have teamed up with Duck and Waffle's, Dan Doherty for a one-off lunch on Sunday, May 1.

Bringing the flavours of the highly acclaimed Duck & Waffle to Scotland's capital, the London native will be working alongside the team at Ondine to deliver an impressive four-course lunch from 12-4pm, which features the signature dish, Duck & Waffle as the star of the show.

Ondine Chef Proprietor Roy Brett said: “Being in this industry for 30 years, I’m lucky to have developed great friendships with some truly exceptional people along the way. Dan Doherty is one such person and we couldn’t be more pleased to have him as an honorary Ondine cast member.

“Duck & Waffle has managed to create witty yet fun cooking, which excites London 24 hours a day. We feel very privileged to have Dan here working in our kitchen and look forward to putting his talent to the test with our Scottish customers!” Like Ondine, Dan prides himself in culinary diversity and outs emphasis on the finest seasonal and sustainable British ingredients. Injecting some fun in to the brunch, customers can enjoy the likes of BBQ Spiced Pig Ears, 'East End Eels' and Torrejas.
