Giggs and Neville’s Café Football strike Electrolux deal

  Electrolux Professional have combined with Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville to be kitchen suppliers for their new restaurant, Café Football. The new venture sees the two former Manchester United team-mates form a new business partnership under their recently launched hospitality management company GG Hospitality. Café Football is based on The Street at Westfield Stratford City and is equipped with some of the finest Electrolux products to ensure the restaurant has a high performing and efficient kitchen. Ben Rickard, London Area Sales Manager at Electrolux Professional, said: “We’re pleased to be supporting such a prestigious and inventive culinary concept through supplying the essential kitchen components to GG Hospitality. “The designers took account of some of the key energy saving components

within Electrolux Professional products during the specification process, and the result is a high performing kitchen with excellent levels of efficiency.” Included in the kitchen line-up are an air-o-steam Touchline combi oven, a new green&clean Hood Type dishwasher with Energy Saving Device, Touch screen Ecostore refrigeration cabinets, a patented IcyHood power grill with Refrigerated drawers and fryers with mechanized oil function. The menu at the restaurant was created by two Michelin-starred chef Michael Wignall in collaboration with Café Football’s chief executive Brendan Fyldes. Football fans and foodies can come together and enjoy dishes that capture the essence of the beautiful game such as the Chocolate Turf, The Wizard Burger and The CF Sausage Roll.
