As head chef Guy will be in charge of a team of 20 and will work on developing the seasonal European menu for the casual all day restaurant.
Split across two floors, the 232 cover restaurant boasts a destination bar, expansive terrace and dining room, serving from breakfast to dinner and late-night drinks.
Cooking from the age of 16 in his home town of St Albans, Hertfordshire, Guy became an apprentice at Westminster College whilst working at the Grove Hotel before moving to Gordon Ramsay
