The restaurants will be judged by a panel from the Craft Guild of Chefs, as they visit the venues over the next few weeks. The winner will be announced at the Craft Guild of Chefs awards ceremony on Monday, June 15, 2015 at the Hilton Park Lane. 16 other highly contended awards will take place at the ceremony.
