  • Attend a Seafood Masterclass at Billingsgate’s prestigious Seafood School to enhance your  knowledge and skills in using sustainable fish
  • Enjoy a hearty dinner at an award-winning Gastropub
  • Have a night-time tour of New Covent Garden Fruit and Veg Market to see it in action
  • Find out more about local sourcing from wholesale markets
