Las Iguanas win at Investors in People awards

Latin American restaurant group Las Iguanas have won the Investors in People (IiP) Award 2014 for Excellence in Reward and Recognition.

Already holders of the IiP Gold Standard Award, this latest recognition is an opportunity for Las Iguanas to set themselves apart from other high performing organisations and confirms their ongoing commitment to staff development. Las Iguanas were the only restaurant operator to be shortlisted at the inaugural IIP Awards held this month in London. In other news Las Iguanas are also set to open their latest establishment in Leamington Spa on 7th July. With the simple philosophy: ‘eat well, eat fresh, eat Latin’ the group have also become the first casual dining chain to be awarded Vegetarian Society accreditation.
