Lympstone Manor to join The Stafford Collection

The Stafford Collection has announced an exciting new chapter in its journey of luxury hospitality.

Lympstone Manor, the acclaimed hotel, restaurant and vineyard in Devon, will now join the group as an associate member.

This follows the recent appointment of Michael Caines MBE as culinary strategist at The Stafford London - his first official culinary role in the capital.

With this addition, Lympstone Manor sits proudly alongside The Stafford London and Norma, enhancing the Collection’s portfolio with its celebrated food, warm hospitality, and award-winning experience.

A London First for Michael Caines

Michael will oversee all food and drink operations

at The Stafford London, with a new restaurant concept launching this autumn. The Game Bird will be reimagined with a new identity, celebrating his terroir-driven cuisine and signature dishes. The menu will reflect the best of British ingredients, with a strong focus on seasonality, sustainability, and biodiversity.

Michael said: “Joining The Stafford Collection is an exciting step for Lympstone Manor. This partnership offers guests a seamless experience from coast to city, united by great food and warm hospitality. The upcoming restaurant at The Stafford will reflect London’s vibrant dining scene while staying true to the essence of my cooking.”

City to Coast: A Culinary Escape

As part of this partnership, the Collection will launch a new 'City to Coast' package, inviting guests to stay at both The Stafford London and Lympstone Manor. This immersive experience allows diners to journey from St James’s in London to the Devon coast, with food and comfort at the heart of the itinerary.
