Current place of work, position and a brief overview of where you have worked before.

At this time, I am developing a menu for a new restaurant which will open in a couple of months. Earlier, I worked at the Raphael Restaurant, Ukraine as a chef.

What is your cooking style and what can people expect from the food on your menu?

I have an author's cuisine, with different directions and tastes. I love to experiment with flavors, ingredients, texture ....

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

My favorite food: turbot with black truffle. I love the combination of fish and truffles. It is exquisitely and incredibly tasty.

Guilty pleasure: list food item / dish / ingredient that aren’t considered ‘cheffy’ but you love to eat

Lard with horseradish, sausage with Borodino bread and pickled cucumber, pitta with greens and adjika.

What are your plans for the future?

I have plans to get into the Top 300 best chefs in the world.

What are you most looking forward to in 2019?

My new project will be one of the best in Kiev.
