Gavin has been a part of the team since 2011 when he joined as general manager. His role has included managing staff and daily operations across Mews, sister venue Mayfair Pizza Co. and Cartizze Bar. Gavin was previously the manager at Benares Restaurant and Bar before joining My Old Dutch Restaurants and Simpsons of Mayfair.
His appointment to operations manager will see him focus on the financial growth of Mews of Mayfair, continue to implement a successful marketing strategy and oversee the development of all four brands under the Mews umbrella.
