Michelin Guide 2016: The list

The Staff Canteen
After the Michelin Guide 2015 failed to give us any new three or two stars, all eyes were on these two categories and we can now reveal that, after being leaked a day early, there have in fact been two new two stars this year and 15 new one star establishments. The Araki and Umu Restaurant can now join the likes of Midsummer House, Gidleigh Park and Restaurant Sat Bains sitting in this category that now contains 23 winners with this coveted title. Here is that all important list of three, two and one star winners as well as those that have unfortunately lost. You will also note that Fat Duck are not in the three star category but as they relocated to Australia, and are only just about to open again in the UK, they did they not reopen in time for Michelin to assess it:Michelin guide 2016 3 Michelin Stars:
