The Michelin Guide UK & Ireland 2026 has revealed its new Michelin stars, recognising restaurants across the UK and Ireland for outstanding cooking.

Below is the full list of restaurants awarded Michelin stars for the first time in the 2026 Guide, including new two-star and one-star restaurants, confirmed as part of this year’s selection.

This page focuses only on new star awards. Two received two stars, 20 received one star and seven received green stars.
