Raymond Blanc OBE, owner and Head Chef of the two Michelin starred Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, Ashley Palmer-Watts from two Michelin starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Bruno Loubet, co-owner of The Grain Store will come together to raise funds for Hospitality Action with exclusive dinner.

The exclusive fundraising event will take place on Monday, December 5 at Brasserie Joël, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London and will be hosted by Executive Chef Walter Ishizuka.

Raymond said: “Christmas is a time of celebration to be shared with loved ones, friends and family. Yet it is renowned that for most people working in hospitality they are not only away from home but put in long hours and hard work over the festive season. This extra stress can sometimes lead to difficulties and it is here Hospitality Action can lend a helping hand. I have been a Patron of Hospitality Action for many years and I would encourage everyone to support them this winter and beyond.”

The chefs will oversee the menu preparation under the watchful eye of Brasserie Joël’s Executive Chef Walter Ishizuka.
