Acclaimed Michelin-starred chefs, Alex Atala and Ollie Dabbous will be headlining a-once-in-a-lifetime experience this June at The Residence at Taste of London in Regent’s Park.

Intimate groups of diners will be treated to an exclusive fine dining experience designed, dressed and delivered personally by Alex Atala of two Michelin-starred D.O.M. and Ollie Dabbous of one Michelin-starred Dabbous.

All you have to do to enter is comment 'I want to go to Taste of London' in the comment box of this article and you'll be entered into the draw (winners must be a member of The Staff Canteen).

Diners will be treated to four taster-sized dishes with accompanying wine, get to watch the chefs in action and get the opportunity to speak to them afterwards.

The Residence is being curated by Andrea Petrini, Time Magazine’s number one ‘God of Food’, and will be hosted by legendary maître d’ Paolo de Tarso, owner of Margot restaurant.

The chefs can also be seen cooking live on stage at the AEG Taste Theatre in association with Etihad Airways at Taste of London.

Other chefs also lined up for Taste of London include two Michelin-starred The Hand & Flowers chef patron, Tom Kerridge, the mastermind of two Michelin-starred, self-titled restaurant in Rock, Cornwall, Nathan Outlaw, talented connoisseur of spice Thomasina Miers, and highly acclaimed Italian chef Francesco Mazzei to name but a few.
