This year will see six finalists create a main dish in three hours. The dish is to be prepared in either a classic or modern style. The six chefs competing for the title of Roux Scholar 2016 are:

The 2016 Roux Scholar will be announced on Monday evening at an award ceremony, held at The Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park London. This year, the award ceremony will be live-streamed via the Roux Scholarship website.
