All chefs will create a combined sharing selection of snacks, followed by one course from each chef forming a four-course menu. Tiziano Tasso, Bar Manager of The Club at Café Royal, is to collaborate with Dominic Jacobs (The Whip, Mayfair) to create a range of cocktails, inspired by the original Café Royal cocktail book, compiled in 1937.
