As the drummer with 80s rock bands Dumb Blondes, Panache and Ya Ya, Graham Garrett was used to rubbing shoulders with the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Freddie Mercury and Talking Heads. Later, as a chef, he worked for and alongside some of the biggest names in the business, including Nico Ladenis, Richard Corrigan and Gordon Ramsay.
