For the festive season, The Staff Canteen has rounded up a number of prizes to give away from big gifts to small. You name it we've got it. For the fourteenth day of our Christmas giveaway we have a fabulous Bart Ingredients hamper.

For the past 50 years, The Bart Ingredients Company has been sourcing top quality ingredients from across the globe. They've created a whole range of products from herbs and spices to exotic Thai curry pastes, Thai fish sauce and coconut milk which are loved by both professionals and home cooks alike.

Back at Bart's base in Bristol, its culinary experts work with flavours to create herb harmonies and spice symphonies which add an extra touch of magic to home cooked dishes.

Now The Bart Ingredients Company is introducing Repertoire, a new range of products designed specifically for professional chefs. Here's your chance to sample the Repertoire professional chef range of ingredients.

To celebrate the launch of the exciting new range, Roux Scholarship Winner and Head Chef at Hattusa Restaurant, Paul O'Neill took time out of his busy kitchen at Berwick Lodge (Bristol) to spend a day in the development kitchen at Bart Ingredients headquarters!

Paul said: “95% of great cooking is great ingredients. I am a firm believer in sourcing the best ingredients for my menu and it is great to have such a fantastic producer on my doorstep in Bristol. The Repertoire range is a welcome addition to my larder, I'll definitely be using it!"
