The Staff Canteen in association with The Bocuse d'Or UK and The Elephant Torquay, are delighted to announce that they've eight places up for grabs to experience our UK team, headed by Simon Hulstone, full Bocuse menu. The menu will be a reflection on Simon and the team's months of planning and preparations. The menu offers a starter of Monkfish followed by Scottish lamb both of which will be served to competition timings with the starter served at 1.00pm on Friday 14th January with the lamb served at 1.35pm. This is open to Staff Canteen members

Poole, Wareham Station and return them there. The Staff Canteen will cover all food cost, however if you'd like to donate to the petition please feel free to do so.
