Social Media Influencer of the year Poppy O’Toole began her journey as a chef by following a classical route, training at Purnell’s and working in some of the UK’s best restaurants including The Wilderness and Allbright in London.

When the pandemic

struck, she put her skills to use on social media, amassing 1.7 million followers on TikTok and a further 146,000 on Instagram for her video tutorials showing people recipes and techniques learned in professional kitchens.
