As part of the celebrations marking the University’s 50th year, the University is honouring those who have driven change through their independent thinking.
Vivek, who is executive chef of The Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Soho, was awarded the honour to recognise how his modern, Indian culinary style has helped to promote Indian cuisine across the UK, for his entrepreneurialism and also for his charitable contributions.
