“Having now signed on the dotted line and satisfied the Heritage Department we’ll be careful stewards of this historic part of the city, as we begin to lovingly restore its beautiful Victorian heart, revealing original wood panelling and a disused underground tunnel.
“With a fair wind, it won’t be long before we’re serving up All Ins and Sunday roasts, doling out Granny’s white chocolate cheesecake and wheeling around our cocktail trolley, making Old Fashioneds tableside in our new home.
“We’re looking forward to working with friends old and new, teaming up with some brilliant local producers to help us concoct new dishes and drinks, bringing many Blacklock firsts to the Birmingham menu.

Blacklock’s first restaurant opened in Soho in 2015 and they now also have restaurants in City, Covent Garden, Shoreditch and Canary Wharf.
