Top recipe pick of the month

Gavin Edney's Tartare of rose veal, with Porthilly oyster, Exmoor caviar, dashi and a nori cracker was the most popular recipe this month!

July's Member of the Month is Sean Kelly, head chef at Station Road restaurant at The Lovat, Loch Ness.

We love the look of his dishes and he's got quite a few followers on Chef+! Sean won a copy of 'Deep South' by Brad McDonald, a goodie bundle from our app sponsors Essential Cuisine and The Staff Canteen mug.
