The Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano have launched a competition for one lucky winner to win 10kg of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Running between the 23rd – 30th November, the question they want to know the answer to is:

“What is Parmesan Cheese also known as?”
