The team at Global will pick their favourite and announce the winner on February 20. As well as this fantastic competition Global Knives is also celebrating its anniversary by releasing a series of films in conjunction with The Roux Scholarship. Twelve past Scholars have been invited to create an exclusive dish using a Global Knife.
