Calling all chefs in Catering College/University Chef Lecturers Professional Chefs in Hotels and Restaurants  Ray Lorimer of Unilever Food Solutions is in the mid stages of his Masters Research Degree researching the 'Attitudes and behaviours of professional chefs towards convenience ingredients usage in their kitchens.
