Here's a simple but tasty vegetarian recipe for Buratta cheese with quick roasted tomatoes, basil and arugula oil that can be made in minutes.
Ingredients
Method
Put the oven to 240°c, oil and season the tomatoes with salt and a tiny pinch of sugar. Roast them for 4-5 minutes in the oven.
Make the arugula oil by mixing arugula with olive oil, blend, then heat the mixture up to 60°c, strain and then serve it as shown on the picture.
