rub butter, suger, flour(s), baking powder together untill it resembles bread crums
add egg york, f...

Ingredients

  • 150g Soft Flour
  • 50g Corn flour
  • 3g baking powder
  • 90g caster suger
  • 140g unsalted butter (soft)
  • 1 egg york (beaten)
  • 1 Stem ginger (fine chop)
  • Thyme

Method

rub butter, suger, flour(s), baking powder together untill it resembles bread crums
add egg york, finley chpped ginger and thyme
form to a paste
cut into desired shape
chill
bake at 160c untill lightly golden brown
remove from cooker
spricle abit of suger on top while bisuits are hot
let them cool on a wire rack
(dont worry they will be soft and floppy at first but when they cool down they will go hard)
