- Enough Red Onion to equally distribute in the ground beef.

Shape into 8 oz Ground Scotch Beef patties and grill to degree required.
To serve place on half a grilled foccacia bun on the top part of the bun spread with mayonnaise and add baby gem lettuce, sliced vine tomato and red onion rings. On the burger board garnish with a dish of red onion marmalade, a dish of grain mustard mayonnaise and a bowl of fresh fries, top the Ground Scotch Beef patty with fried onion rings and sliced gherkins and serve.
