Wild Mushroom and Goats Cheese Clafoutis


  • 5tbsp of plain flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2whole eggs
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 250ml double cream
  • salt, pepper and cayenne spice
  • crumbled goats cheese
  • wild mushrooms


1; pass through sieve, the flour and grond almonds
2; mix all the ingredients together apart from the mushrooms and goats cheese.
3; saute mushrooms to order, and batter mix to a hot blini pan, add muhrooms and goats cheese, cook at 170c til cooked, about 12/15 minutes
