- 50g ground almonds
- 250ml double cream
- salt, pepper and cayenne spice
- crumbled goats cheese
- wild mushrooms

Method
1; pass through sieve, the flour and grond almonds
2; mix all the ingredients together apart from the mushrooms and goats cheese.
3; saute mushrooms to order, and batter mix to a hot blini pan, add muhrooms and goats cheese, cook at 170c til cooked, about 12/15 minutes
