167 Catering Support Regiment partaking in a Fish Master Class which involved a trip to Billingsgate Fish Market. This was followed by a most enjoyable time preparing and cooking fish dishes in our training kitchen back in Grantham. Lots of new skills gained, and a fun time had by all our participating Soldiers.
