Chefs for Change ambassador Luke Dale-Roberts, chef at The Test Kitchen in Cape Town, South Africa, named as Africa’s top restaurant, travelled to meet fish farmers working with Farm Africa in western Kenya. To find out more about Luke's trip visit:

Luke saw first-hand how Farm Africa is supporting fish farmers in Kenya to develop their businesses, which means more jobs, higher incomes and an affordable source of protein for families across the country.

Luke also cooked with fish farmer Zinath. On the menu? Grilled tilapia served with a smoked catfish reduction and ugali infused with rosemary oil.
