Born in Spain, Rubén brings genuine knowledge of Spanish gastronomy since 2009, including traditional recipes, techniques and cultural significance. He emphasizes authentic ingredients like PDO-labeled ingredients with seasonal Aussie ones. This makes him ideal for representing and preserving Spanish culinary traditions abroad.   Rubén has appeared on national TV, including Season 7 of "The Cook Up with Adam Liaw" on SBS Food, where he showcased Spanish homecooking dishes, and "Moving to the Country" on ABC showcasing local saffron. As well in plenty of radio interviews, food magazines and newspapers showcasing his love for Spanish food and culture.   He's been recognized several times and praised by Spanish organizations & Australian media and companies. His work has been highlighted in local and international media for turning Spanish gastronomy into unique special experiences, making him a natural fit for roles involving cultural diplomacy or food tourism in Australia.
