Chefs of the future join Loch Duart at Seafood Expo 2020

Hertfordshire students win places to work with salmon farm at Brussels event.

Two North Hertfordshire College student chefs have just won places to work with Loch Duart Salmon at the 2020 Seafood Expo Global event in Brussels.

Our British Food Ambassador, Patrick Evans challenged students at several colleges to submit recipes and photos of canapes they created, which showcased the taste and texture our salmon.

This opportunity of a lifetime will see Jaypee Escaro, 18 from Stevenage and Michael Brown, 18 from Letchworth Garden City studying the Level 3 advanced diploma in professional cookery, prepare their winning salmon dishes.
