Cinnamon rolls

Cinnamon rolls (the dough)
600 g Strong White Bread Flour
14 g Dried Active Yeast
75 g Caster Sugar
90 g Butter
275 ml Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Large Egg

The cinnamon filling
175g soft brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
50g melted butter

The vanilla frosting
120g icing sugar
60g cream cheese
30g butter
1tsp vanilla extract
