Fine Dining Indian Inspired Beef Tartare at Restaurant BiBi by Chet Sharma

Chet Sharma of BiBi in London creates an Indian inspired Beef Tartare recipe that uses the flavours of a traditional Pepper Fry. The dish features Wagyu beef in addition to a Pepper Fry sauce on the bottom of the plate. BiBi takes British ingredients and blends then with Indian spices and techniques to create a unique experience.
