Helllo everyone! I'm looking for a full time chef (Sous/Snr CDP) to join my team at The Skillet on Hyndland Street, Glasgow West End. We're a new small plates restaurant focusing on big, bold flavours using the best of Scotlands seasonal produce. We make everything from scratch including all bread, ice creams etc.  Ideally you will have a fresh food/semi fine dining background and will be confident preparing and cooking fish & meat.
