Helllo everyone! I'm looking for a full time chef (Sous/Snr CDP) to join my team at The Skillet on Hyndland Street, Glasgow West End. We're a new small plates restaurant focusing on big, bold flavours using the best of Scotlands seasonal produce. We make everything from scratch including all bread, ice creams etc.  Ideally you will have a fresh food/semi fine dining background and will be confident preparing and cooking fish & meat. Service is very fast paced once we get going so attention to detail and communication skills are paramount.    We're a small team (4 chefs) so everyone needs to pull their weight!  ✨️Hourly Rate DOE✨️4 day working week (3 doubles and a half day)✨️ Closed Mondays and Tuesdays✨️Staff meals ✨️Equal share of GREAT tips (10% service charge)✨️ Opportunity to put dishes on the menu Looking to have trials in over the next couple of weeks!
