From Paris to London: 10 Years of Petrossian in the UK.
This September marks 10 years since Petrossian established its presence in the UK, a decade of discovery, adaptation, craftsmanship and, above all, family heritage.
Founded in Paris in 1920 by brothers Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian, Petrossian has always been driven by a simple ambition: to introduce exceptional products to new generations and new audiences. More than a century later, that same spirit continues to guide the business.
For Mikaël Petrossian, co-head of the family business alongside his brother Alexandre, Petrossian is first and foremost a family business, one built on the responsibility of preserving its craftsmanship while continuing to evolve.

Our journey in the UK began with humility. Ten years ago, Petrossian was largely unknown to the British market. Since then, we have had the privilege of building relationships with chefs, restaurants, partners and customers across the country, learning from the market while sharing the expertise and traditions that have shaped Petrossian for over a century.
From our South Kensington Boutique & Caviar Café to our work with some of London’s leading chefs, our presence in the UK has grown considerably. Yet our approach remains unchanged: authenticity, quality and a belief in the luxury of simplicity.
Caviar remains at the heart of Petrossian, but our story extends far beyond it, from smoked fish and fish roe to tarama and other specialities, each reflecting the craftsmanship and attention to detail that have defined the business for generations.
Ten years in the UK is an important milestone, but it is also part of a much longer story. As Petrossian continues to grow internationally, our focus remains on carrying this family legacy forward, introducing exceptional products to new generations while staying true to where we began.
