Introducing Sam Lomas, skilled chef and contributor to the spring/summer edition of Seasonally British Menus By Cricket St Thomas.

Head Chef at Glebe House in Devon, Sam started his cooking career at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage where he developed a passion for cooking in tune with the seasons.
