LOBSTER MONDAYS

Ondine Oyster & Grill in Edinburgh are launching their very first ‘Lobster Mondays’ which will take place on Monday 19th February as they open their doors for the evening and selected Monday evenings following the launch in February. They have some excellent East Neuk lobsters on their menu which are delicious simply grilled with garlic butter.

Offering a 3 course set menu, featuring a grilled half lobster and Koffman fries.

On the nose you will find it to be quite floral, with a hint of pineapple and pear. Think pear drops that you used to have at your grans house as a kid. It is straw yellow in colour, with a dry finish and a slight citrus punch.
