New Mitchell and Cooper Blenders, Power out the Competition

Each blender in the Kisag range has a versatile multipurpose blade that mixes, chops, grinds, stirs and purees ingredients directly in the cooking vessel.  With a capacity of up to 200 litres, it is perfect for making smooth soups, curries, sauces, light mousse’s and purees. The Kisag range of blenders all have a high performance motor suitable for continuous operation, with two selectable speeds of 14,000 and 17,000 RPM.
The stem and blade are made from specially selected stainless steel that is easily cleaned under running water, whilst the uniquely designed seal makes it impossible for liquid residue to be drawn into mixer. These features make the Kisag range of blenders ideal for busy catering establishments, from Indian restaurants through to large hotels, bakeries through to hospitals.
Guy Cooper, Marketing Director at Mitchell & Cooper commented on the new range. “These blenders are amongst the most powerful in the marketplace and the largest ones in the range can cope with a staggering 200 litres at any one time.  We are particularly proud of the steps we have taken to make this product an ergonomic solution, whilst the round handle makes the blender extremely easy to operate with one hand.”
The three products in the range include the: -

Kisag Power Stick Blender 20 - 8 minutes permanent use, 200mm shaft, 250 Watt and 20 litre capacity.
Kisag Power Stick Blender 40 - 15 minutes permanent usage, 400mm shaft size, 550 Watt and 150 litre capacity.
Kisag Power Stick Blender 50 - 15 minutes usage, 500mm shaft size, 550 Watt and 200 litre capacity.

Every blender in the Kisag range comes complete with a holder that fixes directly onto the wall for ease of storage and improved hygiene in the kitchen.
